Where are my files stored?

On your device, inside the app. There is no cloud sync and no account. If you have iCloud Backup turned on, your data is included in your normal device backup, by your choice.

How do I lock a folder?

Long-press a folder and choose Lock Folder, then set a passcode. You can also unlock with Face ID or Touch ID.

I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes, when Trash is enabled. Deleted items move to the Trash, where you can restore them.

Which video and audio formats are supported?

Video: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, FLV and WMV. Audio: MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, WAV and OGG.

How do I move files from my computer?

Open Settings and turn on Wi-Fi Transfer, then enter the address it shows into a web browser on your computer (both devices on the same Wi-Fi) to upload and download files.

How do I play a video on my TV?

Open a video and use the cast button. Falcon supports AirPlay, Screen Mirroring, Google Cast and DLNA.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings and choose Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Does the app collect my data?

No. Falcon does not track you, show ads, or send your files anywhere. See our privacy policy.
